Local jurisdiction is an excellent customer base for our business. Iron Horse Group serves municipalities by augmenting their existing maintenance staff. Cleaning mainlines, laterals and structures such as catch basins and manholes are services we routinely provide. Our Pipeline Services Division also does hydro excavation and Video inspection.

Property Managers
Property management customers utilize many of the Pipeline Services Division functions. We routinely clean private utility systems located within large parking lots of apartment complexes and other residential units.

Commercial Property Owners
Commercial property owners require services from the Iron Horse Group. Typically commercial property owners will be in need of maintenance and repair of storm drains and sewer lines. Additionally, commercial property owners are interested in Industrial coating for on-site floors, retail space, and storage facilities.

General Contractors
General contractors utilize multiple services provided by Iron Horse Group. We can provide equipment rentals; recycle material, trucking and inspection of infrastructure on any site.

Developers
Iron Horse Group saves developers money by cleaning lines and video inspection before final payment to an excavation contractor. We can provide documentation in order to get approval of many privately funded public facilities are accepted by the local jurisdiction.

Heavy Civil Construction Contractors
For heavy civil construction contractors we provide pipeline cleaning and video inspection of newly constructed sewer and storm lines. We also crush rock on site for use as backfill or engineered fill. Additionally heavy civil contractors rent equipment and contract with Iron Horse Group for trucking.

Iron horse group provides trenchless lateral rehabilitation for realtors and private homeowners. This is a suitable alternative when a property owner does not want to tear up their existing landscaping to make a lateral repair.
